OUR MISSION

Founded in 1966, the Connecticut Chapter of the National Organization for Women has been a steadfast advocate for gender equality. Our history is rooted in the belief that women's rights are human rights, and we have dedicated decades to dismantling systemic barriers through grassroots activism and policy reform.

  • Advocating for comprehensive reproductive rights and bodily autonomy.
  • Championing equitable pay and workplace protections for all women.
  • Supporting the next generation of leaders through educational initiatives.
  • Engaging in policy reform to ensure a more inclusive and just society.
